Getting noticed by our waitress was a challenge. On Friday nights they have live music, so the patio was a bit loud with people trying to keep conversations going on top of the music. The patio has plenty of seating-high tops and regular height tables. Never in a million years would I have thought this restaurant had this type of space in the rear. The hostess proceeded to walk us through the restaurant (not very big) and walked us to a very large patio area out back. Given the nice breeze that evening, we opted for outdoor seating. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the hostess, who asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. Based on the reviews and seeming popularity, I made a reservation. I bit the bullet and decided to try Old’s Havana on a Friday night. We loved it and the owner is so sweet and really showed us she cared about us doing our celebration at.My Cuban food standards are pretty high, so I’m always a little apprehensive about trying out a new Cuban restaurant. My first time ever having Crème brûlée!! Then Finishing it off with a Cafe con leche. The sautéed onions on the steak was so good! We really enjoyed this place and were so happy to know this is where we will have our wedding ceremony dinner. I ordered the Mar y tierra (Steak & Shrimp) dish with mixed rice and maduros. She ordered a steak salad which was cooked perfectly. We started with the guacamole with fried plantain strips. we started with a delicious strawberry water and mojito that we mixed with our byob vodka. The service was so friendly and the restaurant is so intimate, Me and my fiancé felt so at home. This place was great! The food was delicious. Flag as inappropriate So me and my fiancé reserved this restaurant for a wedding party and wanted to check it out before we actually reserved.
